Delete your Evochi account

How to delete your account and data for Evochi, the walking pet game by [developer name as shown on Google Play], with or without the app.

Delete in the app

This is the quickest way, and it happens straight away.

  1. Open Evochi and tap the gear on the Home screen to open Settings.
  2. Scroll to Privacy & data.
  3. Tap Delete all data, then confirm.

If you're signed in, this deletes your account and its data from our servers as well as your phone. It can't be undone. Uninstalling the app on its own does not delete your account.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app, email us from the address you use for Evochi. If you signed in with Apple or Google, use the email address on that account, and tell us which one you used.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: your email address or Apple/Google sign-in identifier.
  • Your Evochi, including past Evochi in the Hall of Memories.
  • Levels, XP, vitality and bond.
  • EvoCoins, items, nest layout and your coin history.
  • Your step history: daily totals and any detailed step samples.
  • Your settings, step goal and account time zone.

Guest players

If you play without an account, everything is stored only on your phone and we have nothing on our servers to delete. Use Settings → Privacy & data → Delete all data, or uninstall the app.

Keep your account, share less

  • Stop sharing steps: turn off Evochi's Steps permission in the Health app (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android). You can still add steps by hand.
  • Stop usage events: turn off Share anonymous usage events in Settings.
  • Get a copy first: Settings → Privacy & data → Export my data.
